to prepare for our time together.

ABOUT THE SERIES

This is a four-week self-massage series designed to support your body in slowing down, softening, and coming back into connection.

Each week, we’ll focus on a different area of the body, using simple, guided techniques to help ease tension, support nervous system regulation, and build a more compassionate relationship with your body over time.

You’ll learn things, yes. But just as importantly, you’ll be supported to rest.

SCHEDULE

We’ll be meeting on:

Thursdays from 8:00PM–9:00PM EST
Live on Zoom

If you can’t attend live, recordings will be uploaded.

You will receive reminder emails each week with the zoom link and any updates.

We will be using this zoom link the whole time if you’d like to bookmark it now.

HOW TO APPROACH EACH SESSION

Each class is guided, slow, and adaptable. You might follow along closely some days, and on others you may pause more, adjust, or simply rest. The focus is not on doing things perfectly, but on staying in conversation with your body.

HOW TO PREPARE

Before each session, it can help to have:

  • A small amount of oil or moisturizer

  • Comfortable clothing (layers are helpful)

  • A space where you can lie down and move gently

  • Anything that helps you feel at ease such as blankets, pillows, tea

SUPPLIES YOU WILL NEED

  • A set of small rubber massage balls in a tote

  • A larger (abdominal or core) massage ball
